Would be a KJ series 2 or KL.
There would be very little difference in weight because they all have the same features. The main factors would be whether it is auto or manual, has a sunroof etc. The AWD models add big weight due to the rear diff and associated components. Sunroof would only add 20-30kg at most I would imagine.

And so much for people complaining the AWDs have more than 100kg extra weight. My KW GTVi AWD kerb mass is 1690kg which is only 70kg heavier than the KL GTVi.

Has it got the teardrop headlights (TL/KL) or the rectangular ones (TJ/KJ)? The L and W series also gained extra weight due to strenthened cabin.

TL GTVi. very nice car indeed.
What's with the weight worries anyway. It's not really the biggest determining factor. There is plenty of weight there to handle the power it puts out, while still not being so fat that it chews too much fuel.

Speaking of weight, does anyone know how much a gas tank weighs? Like just the tank itself?

It will help me decide between a vrx or gtvi..........both are nice cars, Are there any other differances other than leather and the white speedo?

Depends, the GTVis (correct me if I am wrong) have a combo of leather and woodgrain, where as VR-X is more sportier cloth interior. Plus also VR-X has different body kit etc etc. More just what tickles your fancy, but pretty sure VR-X's on paper had a whopping 2Kw's more than GTV's.
Boosty.

On paper, do you mean dyno or factory spec? If factory then they are the same (same engine and same exhaust).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the VRX have the electric window controls in the centre console whereas the GTVi has them in the doors.
Personally I much prefer them in the doors.

Yes. The Veradas still have them in the doors. That is the way the Americans like it. Also, in the L series, the Veradas and Magnas share the same bumper (easier to swap it for a VRX front and rear bumpers). It was in the KW that MMAL re-introduced the extended front and rear bumpers with side reflectors on the front and rear.
