Hi, im looking at getting a couple of parts painted. These include:

Sportswagon wing (silver)
Sports wagon side skirt (silver)
VRX front kit (possibly)

I was just wondering if anyone could give me an estimate on a price they could get painted to white.

Thanks,
John

Cheapest I've been quoted is $500 for the entire kit (minus wing).

Thankfully white is cheaper to spray than dark colours. (Generally) . Unless you have a pearl white.

I'd expect around anything from $600-900. Try offering cash but be careful they don't full a dodgy on you. Just at their work and judge for yourself.

Otherwise for $400 you could buy materials and equipment and do it yourself.

That should do it. You will need an air compressor and a gun. Supercheap have a really good sale now with a great compressor kit ($200) and Repco have one for a gravity feed gun ($60). $150 should cover paint and material costs.

John, I've just been quoted $800 for boot lid, rear bumper and quarter panel.

Which is $400 less then previous quotes. The guy did a, mates vs wagon bumpers and they came out pretty darn good. Place is Glenn Plumbers in Croydon. I think for what you want would be around $6-800
