Hey guys. Back when I put my old cluster back in (the novelty of a blackout cluster wore off :( ) I noticed there was a connector taped to the wiring loom for the indicator/wiper stalk.

Does anyone know what it is for and what it connects to? I have a TH Exec.

Possible. But the first thing that comes to mind is maybe cruise control? Just the wiring is there lying dormant and if it was added on as an extra from factory they could just plug in the slip ring and away they go? Hmm.

It won't be TCL it would most likely be cruise if you do not have it. The TCL steering angle sensor is a similar plug with many more wires.
