So , i have a wreck and im wanting to know the quickest and easiest way to remove them...
Can i undo enough of the right bolts and actually lift the car up off the K frame ?
if so ,what needs to be done ..roughly...as it ..which and where are the bolts that secure the frame to the chassis

What wreck? Come onnn... fes up! Pics!
Not sure about the lifting the car off of the kframe, but I'm pretty sure you will find it easier lifting the engine out as 3 of the mounts are on that actually chassis. The engine will be hard to stand up without the bay around it.
I can get one out in a few hours if you have a crane. Basically taking out as much as you car around the engine and then lifting the engine out on an angle.
Basically disconnect and remove:
Air intake, plenum, etc.
Extractors
Could probably leave the engine fluids in
Remove drive shafts
Battery and battery tray
Drain and remove radiator
Disconnect power steering pump leave it hanging
Unscrew the aircon compressor and hang it on the rad support using a coat hanger
Remove front and rear engine mounts
Put crane and chain over the engine, pull it tight and remove the last 2 engine mounts
Pull it out on an engine with the trans/back towards the firewall a bit and the front of the engine will be close to the radiator
Think that's about it, few hours work.

what redliner did should do the trick for you
otherwise just disconnect all the bits connecting it to the car(loom etc), attatch crane and remove engine mounts
in the words of jeremy clarkson, "how hard can it be???" lol
