Hi everyone,
I plan to transplant the black dashboard from my '93 TR into the new '92 TR - overall the earlier one is in much better condition, but the brown interior lets it down somewhat.
I did a bit of hunting around and found a fairly rough guide on how to remove it:

Does anyone have any further recommended reading, such as a diagram or more comprehensive guide when it comes to removing the dashboard from one of these? I had considered the MMAL workshop manual, but I'll be damned if I can navigate that PDF, and I'm not sure if the PDF even goes into that kind of depth.
Secondly, the linked thread makes mention of either disconnecting the speedo cable or removing the cluster. Now removing the cluster I'm fairly certain I can do, not so sure about disconnecting the speedo cable. Is there anything I should be aware of, any potential consequences of removing the cluster?
Thanks in advance.
