I have been searching far and wide for a supercharger kit for my 380. I contacted Sprintex who did the one for the TMR but as you all know they refuse to make them anymore which is understandable I suppose. So far I have found no one else who either makes a kit or is prepared to make one except Bullet in QLD but they want the vehicle and as I live in Newccstle that is well nigh impossible. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone been able to source an appropriate kit for the 380. I have heard that the one which was used for the Magna would be ok but again it would need mods to get it to fit the 380... I am not technically minded so I need honest to goodness and genuine ideas/suggestions.
Thanks

I would be asking bullet how long they would need a 380 for etc.
If it is just for measurements, you MAY be able to ask one of the QLD guys to go out there and have the measurements done up and it may only cost you a slab or bottle of rum etc.

Bullet Supercars are on the Gold Coast. You could drive up there in the day and fly back in the evening. Yes they would need the car for a few weeks, but I would imagine this would be the case regardless of who does the kit. At least Bullet have had experience on Magnas and have a good reputation.

Their magna kit should just bolt on. You'll only have to worry about clearances and pipework.

Thanks guys. I know it will take some days/even weeks to do properly but if the Gold Coast is the only place, I'll just have to bite the bullet (pardon the pun!)

Kevin,
Very interested in how you go, I've been waiting for someone to fit a Rotrex or Raptor V to a 380 to assess how much time & cost the R&D takes.
Both Rotrex & Raptor are based in Qld and Raptor have told me 'you need to bring the car to us and leave it with us for three or four weeks'. Same deal with Rotrex as far as I know. And the cost looks like a minimum of $10,000 and maybe upwards of $12,000.
Qld just a bit far for me to go and I can't afford that much time off work.
Keen for updates!

I just had a quick look at these & it seems all you get is the charger & drive system. You will have to do your own piping, ecu, tune etc etc, bit strange when they call it "a kit".

Better than nothing. Pipe work is easy unless you want to get stuck into intercooling. Looks like the kit is more for the mivec, but shoot them an email. Don't see why it wouldn't fit.

Yeah mounting points should be all the same ... Might be worth it depending on freight & whether the buyer is any good at tinkering themselves.

You just need big brakes, a gunmetal roof, coilovers and a supercharger and serve up Kif380!
With regards to ECU - There's talk of a Linx ECU being compatible with the 380
