I just had K-mart service my TW (89k on the clock) and they said the RHS engine mount is tearing and needs replacement, quoted $200. A couple of q's:
is this a fair price?
should I get any other mounts done at the same time?
advice much appreciated

That seems a reasonable price, the genuine part is not far off that by itself. I imagine at that price, including labour, it would be non genuine.
If the others are still okay, I wouldn't worry about them for the time being.

OK, thank you. the guy from K-mart said that the RHS one is the usual to go, so I'll just get that one fixed

dropped it in to K-mart (at Firle SA) at noon, got a text at 12.40 saying job done, $200, they showed me the old mount which was toally shot. V. happy with this experience at K-mart.
It's a relatively simple job - a jack under the engine to support it and then 3 or 4 bolts to undo, all easily accessible at the top.
Mine took about 4 hours because I cut out the old mount and inserted a new poly bush that cost me about $100.
So $200 for a mech to replace the whole thing sounds great to me.

If they used genuine one the part alone is over $220.00 so they used an aftermarket one with a rip of about $120 and charged $80 labour for 15 mins work. Not bad charging $320 per hour I guess
