HINT: Don't start three threads on the same topic as people won't know where to put lengthy answers.

Your search for a specific TW manual won't turn up anything, but even if it did turn up, it would be of little help. Very little on troubleshooting.

Try going through the basics.
Fuel pump running?
Spark at the plugs?

"Main" fuse, you mean one of the large 60A (or bigger) fusible links? Look for reasons why it blew, like coolant over the ECU, shorted cables etc.
If nothing obvious turns up, read the ECU error codes.

also check your relays, blowing one of the higher fuses can cause them to short.

i've had a couple of tl/w's come in with blown main fuses and they have all been due to chaffed wires under the fuel pump cover.
if they have chaffed then i'd also check that the fuel pump is receiving power because if not the relay will be toast.
