Hey i have the 3rd gen TL, magna es. sometimes the power windows are unresposive. They go down but sometimes dont go up. A couple minutes later they decide to work again.
Has anyone one else had this issue. What should i do to fix it. Could it be the connection to the switches in the front console or issues with the motors in the door.

I have also had electrical issues with my stereo head unit so i im changing that out. Could these be realated?

Hello,i had same prob with my magna.replaced the main power window selector switch in the drivers door from a scap- yard and replaced the door motor as well.the motor is a complete unit with parts holding the glass in situ.easy to diy.u get carbon build up on switches,i made one good one from the 2 i had.carefull removing door trim.get some clips off a scrapyard car when you get ur motor or switches.
