Has anyone ever attempted DIY the timing belt? Can it be done?

If is is the 6G75 engine, I have done one and it is very similar to the 6G74 engine, except you don't have to remove the alternator to get the engine mount bracket off. I now find both the 6G74 and 6G75 timing belts very easy to do, but that's because I have done a few of them now.

Done 2 cam belts on different 3.5L motors. Need the right tools and need to follow the procedure in the manual exactly. No short cuts. Also need to be able to judge if any components other than the belt need replacing or last for the next 100,000 km.
First one is the hardest obviously, came across lots of questions that need referring back to the manual to answer.
