Been trying to take this part out of my door, as ive been attempting my own tint. So far ive take apart the whole door and the part itself but cant find anything

EDIT:It seems like there is a metal rod going straight down and it is connected to it, unsure if i will be able to get it out, or is there a way to remove the rubber seals so i can tint the window?

Metal bar going down inside door has one 10 mm bolt holding it in on the inside of the door.

Just take the glass right out.
