Is it possible to fit a manual Magna Ralliart gearbox into a 380 Manual.
You can then get better ratios and a LSD

For starters the rear roll stop mounts on the gearbox are different and then the driveshafts are also

Personally I would prefer the 4.1 final drive from the 380 over the ralliart

How hard is it to wack a 380 manual box in an auto 380?

Have investigated this as I am currently wrecking a Manual 380 (amongst many of the auto 380's I am wrecking) and looks like all main looms do need to be changed, the main engine bay loom is significantly different in so far as the manual does not have the plugs for the auto ecu, I have found when an auto ECU is installed in the car the car goes into limp mode when the clutch is used and often randomly for no apparent reason

The job would require dash out, engine bay dismantled and manual looms installed. Is much more involved than a Magna but either way I am dying to do one :)

Well there goes me asking for a conversion lol. I look forward to seeing this venture come to fruition Mal! :)
