Hey my name is Keith I got a 96 magna 3ltr v6 5 Spd. Just recently I've been driving along and my brakes slowly come on to the point I can't move the car at all. Has anyone got any ideas on wat it may be?

Brake fluid absorbs moisture. If the brake fluid becomes too old it may have sufficient moisture to cause corrosion in the brake pistons, which would mean over time the brakes would become jammed on. Ideally for brake fluid you use Super Dot 4, which is fully compatible with the brake system and have the best properties.

Yeah that makes sense but yeah that's not the issue. The brakes are applying themselves n sticking. Quikly Cracking the bleed nipples instantly releases the brakes. So that to me says a master cylinder. Does this sound bout right?

Something is heating up and expanding. Causing the pads to apply, or the calipers are stuck or limited in their movement.

Check the sliders the calipers run on are clean and greased.

Check the pads and rotors are within serviceable specs. Replace as necessary.

Replace brake fluid as suggested.

Brake fluid should be replaced at intervals regardless of kilometers I'm lead to believe. But, it should be part of the cars 130000km service?

Brake fluid should be replaced every 2 years, regardless of km. OP, I would suggest that you have a more serious issue with your brakes than you might think. Time to pull those calipers off and have a look. if no issues with calipers, replace the master because the pressure has to be coming from somewhere, and this is dangerous as all hell.

Master cylinder, definitely. It's retaining pressure in the system when it should be releasing it. Check the length of the pushrod, ie the freeplay, if that is ok then the release port is blocked. Strip the thing down and clean it out.
A complete fluid change and bleed would not go amiss. If any wheels are still tight - jack each wheel up and spin the wheel - then it's time to check calipers. Dismantle, clean up, lubricater pins, reassemble.

My guess is that the braking system on this car been seriously neglected. Pull the calipers off and re-grease the guide pins, replace the master cylinder, then bleed the whole system out.

Good advice, except I'd check the brake pedal free play first, may be a simple fix.

Possibly, but doubtful.
