I have a carb astron II TN man- I also have a spare head from an efi.
The efi head has rollers- which i installed onto my rocker assy. and onto my car. It was a bit rattly- so i put the standard ones back on (still yet to fully assemble tho).
I checked the valves on the efi head- they protrude out more from the spring assy.
Also i measured the lobes on the 2 diff cams-
Efi cam- In:45x38mm Ex:45x38mm
Carb cam- In:43x35mm Ex:42x35mm
This has really confused me?
Are these normal? or is one a modified cam? Does an efi cam only belong in an efi?
Efi has more lift but this could be an allowance for different rockers.
Could and efi top end be used on a carb engine and still run on a carb? Will that gain extra performance?
20 questions... i know i know....
I am going to get a better bump stick, it would be noce to understand the cams and differences on engines and personal preference.

During a post service drive with the mitsu mech I was saying how my TP ECI revved heaps better than my TM carbied and he said quote," thats because mitsu stuck a lumpy cam in the ECI motor".

Bit of a story sorry, but what you've found backs up what the mech said.
