Hey guys. Planning on installing CC, and I've had a look at a few connectors behind the dash and it almost looks like half the wiring is there. There is wiring for the CRUISE lamp, and I think there's wiring for the stalk. This is in my TH Exec.

Can anyone tell me what wiring harness the Cruise ECU connector is a part of? Thanks guys.

Also, there is no wiring to the engine bay for the vaccum pump, although I'll just run some wire to it (easy).
There is no connector for the CC ECU, either.

I've got the exact same issue. I've been slowly looking into it, but there's not a lot of information on here. Might have another deeper look at the circuit diagrams in the next few weeks.

The cruise ecu plug should be located just under the cup holders in front of the shifter. From memory it's plug B101 and part of the lower dash loom. Don't have the wiring there either. ;)

No sorry is part of the engine loom

Yeah, ended up going to the wreckers today and grabbing some parts. Just grabbed the CC ECU, and the connector and cut some wire with it. Half way wiring it in. The wiring seems to already be there on the dash and cluster looms, so just wiring it into that, running a few wires to the car ECU and wires to the vacuum pump.

Ummm being a TH the vac pump wires are already there under the washer bottle, this was the norm post TE

I couldn't see them there, unless they're hidden somewhere extra devious?

Anyway I think the only loom without neccessary wiring is the engine harness, explaining the lack of engine connector, but the presence of the other wires.

Also, my TH is a pre-May 99 model. Perhaps it's the post-May ones that had it? I know that going by the workshop manual, there's a couple of differences in the pre and post May builds.
