You mean the tapping? Lots of things. Low engine oil, issues with tappets, valves etc. First thing first, check the engine oil level.

ohh the dreaded 6G74-75 tappet noise, extremely common in these engines, some barely have it, some are shocking
i'd still have it checked out as it sounds like you have one the is sticking - I had a warranty job done on my old KJ and they found 4 sticking - once they replaced these there was a noticable improvment, but the engine still wasnt what i'd call quite
we had a ralliart which we bought at 50,000km, barely could hear a thing from the engine other than friction sounds, by 130,000 sounded very similar to yours, but without that sound of just one ticking, like yours does

So can i use it some kms before fixing? Can it harm other parts of the engine?

Overdue for a service?
I'd get at least the oil and filter changed.. engines like that.
Change Oil/Filter, and check levels thereafter. Report back here.

I changed this members oil today. Poured 4 litres out so it's tappet noise.

If it was low on oil than wouldn't have happened overnight. Must have been driving around with loud music.

Just dropped and refilled it. Could probably go for a flush, I agree.
