Hey guys,

What speakers have you fitted into a TJ without needing to add spacers or cut anything bigger?

I am looking at getting a set of the new Alpine SPR-69 speakers, the new model has a smaller magnet but I would still like to know if they will fit before I go out and buy them.

Would like to try and keep the original speaker cover so no-one suspects that they have been changed.

Pull one of the originals out and take it with you. Mount point spacing and depth of the magnet are important.

That's a good idea, then I can match them up in the store.

Wasn't going to get the stereo done straight away but I like listening to my music loud and the stock speakers couldn't handle it anymore unfortunately.
