Hi guys. I have a te 3.0l. The car will rev in park fine. But won't rev over 4000 rpm when under load. Any ideas?

you need to go through and check all sensors and plugs, leads, could be MAF sensor, throttle sensor, problem on ECU, fuel issues. really hard to narrow down, vacuum lines. have u reciently dones stuff to ur car e.g engine wise?

Yeah I changed the plugs and rocket cover gaskets. I drained the file tank and done fuel filter. Still has the same problem

Are you saying it runs out of power at 4,000rpm, or do you mean it changes up to the next gear at 4,000rpm?
