I'm not necessarily interested in this, just wanting to know what to look for when buying a 380 engine.

From the eBay page:
"
GENUINE MITSUBISHI 380 GT 2005 ENGINE / MOTOR 3.8 LTR V6 PETROL LOW KS

WITH ONLY 66000 KS "

price is $1795

Three questions:

1. Can I post the eBay link?

2. Compatible with a TJ Exec?

3. Ralliart cams or stock 380 cams work better?

1. Yes, but it should go in this thread: 2013 Online Classifieds - EBAY, Gumtree, CarSales, etc. - Linky thread (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98745)

2. Yes, but it's not a straight swap, a bit of extra work is involved.

3. Stock 380 cams are pretty much the same as Ralliart cams so nothing to be gained by swapping cams.

Rather expensive. Is it close to you? Without freight involved it is a reasonable price.

It's in Sydney and I'm in Wollongong so it's no travel really. But inc freight it's $90 more.

For that price I can supply one with about 90ish k on it which is ready to install, no more mods needed and a new timing belt kit included.........

In that case, I will be coming to see you when I am ready for an engine conversion. How much would you charge to fit the 6G75 into a TJ Exec?
