My fan is not working inside the car on any speed with the aircon of or on either but is working at the radiator,what could be the cause of this?

either the fan motor has seized or the resisitor block has completey blown. Check all fuses and make sure there is power to the fan motor, then try hitting the bottom of the fan motor and see if it starts spinning

Yeah first stop will be fuses and fan relay..
