Hey,

I just recently got my new CD Head Deck in, and it doesn't have illumination. So i just taped the cord up. Now i have the problem that my dash lights do not dim. They are on, but you can not dim or brighten them. Any idea's on how to fix this little problem?

Its unbelievable how many ppl have this problem. Anyways, search button is your friend mate heaps of ppl have this problem! Strange this was, I didn't get this problem. The only problem I had after I installed my stereo was my car stalling for reason at all for the next 2 hrs.

this happened to me aswell

make a new grounding for ya earth will fix it up good

wen i first installed it i just used the black wire as my earth that was from the stock head unit and cazed the problem so i just connected the ground to a screw in the chassis

if thats not it um dunno

yeah i would start by lookin at ya grounding, it is the casue for many car audio probs and wil cause those soughts of probs
