I have front discs and calipers you can have for cheap if you want them. Are you in Sydney?

In Vic. I have larger calipers and discs at the front but they say they are under size or 'too thin' so need to replace the whole front brake set up for stock and have the rear discs replaced.

You will find that the rotors (discs) were below minimum thickness so they need to be replaced. However, it is very rare for callipers needing to be replaced. They just have piston(s) and house the pads. The pads need replacing when they are worn.
It is a sad case of inspection mechanics not detailing exactly what is needed to be replaced and the unweary motorist is forced to fork out unnecessary cash to fix things that don't need fixing.

Could be cheaper getting standard brake setup then replacing his pads and rotors. He has some huge brakes

Tell them what car they are off and get them to measure them again and compare to the spec for the RIGHT discs. They probably just used the specs for the standard discs.
Failing that, buy some new cheap RDA discs & pads, and source standard calipers from a wrecker. Same for rear discs.

As I mentioned before, rotors (discs) have minimum thickness to be legal. Check the specs for the rotor on its manufacturers website and see what the new thickness is and its minimum thickness. It is a lot cheaper to just replace the rotors vs changing everything back to stock, unless the OP still has the stock ones, however, if he still has the stock ones, what makes him think that set of rotors are above minimum thickness.

Need to know the source of the non standard brakes he has on there now. And what their standard thickness and wear limits are.
As for the engine mounts and muffler, Mal may be able to help. Same for standard discs, pads and calipers. Shoot him a pm or ring him.

I am surprised, I would rather see the callipers, may be the RWC person is just a dick and has no idea what he is on about
