Managed to swap my standard kj steering wheel with a nardi wheel today. Would never have attempted this before but after reading posts/threads on this forum , it seemed easy enough so I gave it a go. Followed instructions and all went well, so just wanted to say a general thank you to this forum and all its people in general.
I have noticed that there seems to be more play in the new wheel when turning than the previous one. Is there an issue, have I missed something, or can this be somewhat normal.

Should be no different, check is seated correctly on the spline and tight

Also check that the taper is the same angle and if you can count them, the same number of splines.

Did you old wheel have an airbag and is the Nardi fitted with a bag?
