hey guys ! just noticed something weird the other day while going over a speedhump, the front of the car feels like its loose so to speak, like its not all there, another way i tried was in first gear tapping the accelerator, so it would jolt slightly and you can feel the whole front end wobble, hopefully its only bushes or something? and not the shocks being old and crappy? this happen to anyone else?

Yep. The joys of owning a high km Magna!
Could be worn suspension, top hats, ball joints, engine mounts. As well as tie rod ends, tie rods, lots of things. Wheel bearings.

Happy fault finding!

(Tell us the model/age/km of your car for starters.)

Check tie rods

Check everything!

OR get someone to check it out for you. (checked the wheel nuts, play in the wheel bearings?)

Does it feel "loose" in any other situation? Is there a pattern or common response that could help narrow down the diagnosis? Sharp turns, long turns, under braking, under power? If its just sppeed bumps that are freaking it out that narrows it down.

I'd be starting even more simple - tyre pressures.

ill probably just get it checked out properly, its not wheel/nut related as since then theyve come off and on and no difference.

probably an engine mount given way... those things 'go' suddenly,
rather than gradually like suspension bushes etc & you won't easily notice
the difference until you drive another same example with fresh bushes

engine flopping around on busted mounts affects handling a surprisingly lot

factory engine mounts are fluidfilled, when they bust there's often an oily trail
