This has me stumped :iough: im trying to work out why it does this:

When i start the car up the climate control in my 2002 TJ II VRX will knock for a minute and then when it stops and you change the recirlate or change from hot to cold it will knock from over near the passenger side but everything works fine as?

Anyone else had this problem?

Is the direction motor in this case most likely the recirc motor, unplug it and see if the noise goes away

all done yeah sounds like the teeth have worn off, I can move it freely by hand ill get around to getting a new Recirc motor one day
