any ideas on what is causing this noise and what the best way to go abour fixing it is......

only started after i got nudged into the back end of another car yesterday, i know its the fan as it only happens when fan is on

i have a $200 tf im bringing into the shed tomorrow as a parts car so plenty of parts to swap around just need to do it in quickest time as im off the road with 3 kids untill its fixed

Remove air snorkel and have a good look. Probably one fan blade hitting the radiator. Turn the fan blades by hand and see where it hits. Hopefully you can pull it straight by hand, and hasn't damaged the radiator too much.

turns out it was a steel pipe that just gently eased out of the way thanks heaps max problem solved
