lol Seeing every second thread in the 380 section is about regs failing, I'd hazard a guess that the problem is . . . lol
Open the door up and see what it does perhaps? Remove card, work switch, if reg tries to work, it's not the switch. Cable breaks apparently, common problem, but you won't know until you or a mechanic have a look.
(Sorry for stating the obvious.)

Bang your door trim. I know of a member who just bangs his door trim and it starts working again lol

Did you do a search at all?
99.9999% chance it is your regulator mate.

The regs are the 380's Archilles heel (the only one really). Fronts can have jammed motors and a tap can fix them (usually temporally). Rears the cable derails off a pulley and either jams the mechanism and/or breaks it. I've had both on my father's 380 although nil on ours. Newer ones apparently better quality but the one I bought looked very similar.
Very easy to DIY. Takes 30 minutes tops to do after you've worked out how to get the door trim off. Search will explain the problem in more detail.
Hi Guys
After going through various threads regarding window glassing falling down and windows not sliding, my issue seems a bit different.
The rear passenger window is a bit tricky issue.
When I press the button for the window to go down, it does go down all the way but when bringing it back up it gets stuck 2/3 of it's way from bottom to top. Yanking it a bit (essentially pulling it while pressing the button) resolves the pulls it back up all the way.
From what I can gather, the cable in the window regulator hasn't snapped as the window does go all the way up with some help.
Also that if the window is only lowered to say about 1/3 of its way down it goes back up without any yanking required.
I am inclined towards thinking that the window is slightly displaced from its exact position but it can be the window regulator. (With a high surety I can say that the motor is perfectly fine and so is the switch).
Any suggestions are appreciated. :D
