I put a new tie rod end on the car a while back and had to take it off to put a new boot on. Problem is the bolt is stuck at an angle and won't move.
When I installed it there was nothing said about lubricating it at all but I notice there is a nipple underneath.
What should I do?

that sound normal for a new tie rod end it will be tight . you can give it a lite tape with a rubber mellate

Belt it with a rubber mallet or similar (gently) and it will slide into the taper seat.
The nipple is there for you to squirt grease in, it's probably without any grease as is from the factory, ones without nipples are a better quality usually, and are pre greased.
Once installed, pump some in until you can see the boot on it lift up.

When I say the bolt is stuck I mean when I took the tie rod end off the bolt is now at an angle and stuck.
What kind of grease? The nipple is so small I got no idea what to use or how to get it in there. I wish they had said something on the box.
Good thing I haven't driven it more than 10ks then isn't it.

No sorry pics are too difficult at the moment. I suppose it must have been working when it was on the car but now it's been disconnected for a couple of weeks maybe it's cause it wasn't used.
Anyway what grease should I use?

well here is the image you asked for.
So what grease should I put in the tie rod end? I think it should loosen up ok when it is lubricated.

sorry should have updated my reply as you said you drove 10km on it .
it will have grease in it from new. most use g/p grease
how did you go with the sturt

g/p = general purpose? I still am not sure how I am supposed to get that into the nipple hole. For me g/p is that stuff you smear over things and that will be difficult to get in the hole.
Yes I thought it should have some grease in it but then what I think is often wrong. 10k = to the inspection station and home and a couple of trips round the block to keep things turning over.
I put the strut back on the car but I think I said earlier the tube spanner was rounding the corners. I have given up on the strut again until payday in a few days time when this time I will get a deep 19 mm socket and that should do the trick. I couldn't remember why tube spanners are a waste of money but now I don't think I will ever forget.
My latest problem though is the tailgate highlevel brake light which is not working. I took it off and it looks like a sealed unit so will have to replace the whole thing but I can't find anything on ebay or the web so no idea how much that is going to be.

if its a sedan the light will twist out
did you undo the two screws in the car or the two nuts in the boot
to get the grease in you will need a grease gun. you have 5th kms before you need one

No it's the wagon and the brake light I am talking about is in the top of the tailgate. It unscrews with just two screws. There are three bulbs in it but it appears as if one cannot take the bulbs out though I may be wrong. It is odd that all three bulbs would go so I suspect either the unit or a wiring problem.
5 th kms ? I suppose the spindle is just too tight to move by hand but once back on the car will be ok?

Just run the tie rod end down to your local shop and get them to squirt some grease in it for you.
Then, gently give it a love tap to loosen it up (keeping the nut ON the thread) install it, and then, assuming you marked the location of the locking nut, you're good to go.
Otherwise, you'll need a while alignment, cos your toe in will be up the creek.

Thanks.
Yeah the toein is going to be a bugger. When I replaced it you could easily tell where the tie end sat and the lock nut began. Now though the thread is all one colour and I have to go from memory.

Good luck!
Just monitor your tyres, and if you see any unusual scrubbing, just get an alignment done. It's cheaper than new rubber!
