Yo,
Trying to get my one piece paras out, I've read that u need to lower the front bumper by removing 2 bolts, but which bolts r they?
Also is that all I need to lower to get them out?

The ones on the side that are bolted into the 1/4 panel..
They're the ones I took out and they slid straight in and out.

You will get a difference of opinion in regards to whether or not you need to remove any of the bumper, but ,you will need to get under the car to remove the 10mm bolt the holds the corner part of the light assembly to the body.
I have found that instead of removing the bumper ,you can undo and remove the three bolts on the guard and and insert a screwdriver handle at the front edge and this will lift the guard enough out of the way to be able to lever the light out.
There are the usual four bolts that hold it on ,two at the top ,and two on the inner side .

In terms of the lights themselves, are there just the two bolts on top? Or are there ones on the left and right of them?

Oh my TH I can push the bumper down in front of the headlight and can quite easily get both the standard headlights and the parras in and out. The bumper isn't supported and as such will usually sink if you push down on it there. Also it's all about getting the lights out and back in on the correct angle, if you attack it wrong they'll become wedged against the bumper and the rad support bar (?)
