Have been using the Panasonic sound system in my Mitsubishi Outlander. It has been 4 months now. recently there was an issue with its voice controlling. Before it was absolutely okay. The thing is, with full volume the voice breaks down, lessening it would make it moderate only within the car, and sometimes the voice would just disappear even when the sound system is on, and the music running...... Say what ??

What?
Sorry, couldn't resist.
Your post doesn't make much sense to me - I'm not at all familiar with this sound system - I assume it's a car stereo or nav control voice interface. If it's your voice that's breaking down then just stop singing along with the music.
If it's the Panasonic's voice, then it could be distorted simply because you have the volume too loud - when you push an amplifier too hard, it can clip the signal, distort the sound and cause speakers to overheat & burn out trying to play the clipped signal.
It could be the amplifier is producing a lot of heat and that is overloading the voice synth processor or CPU , preventing the voice reproduction from working normally.
But, if it worked fine before and now it doesn't, it sounds like a real issue and if you have Warranty on the car or sound system (ie: if it's aftermarket) then I'd be taking it back to the place of purchase.
Good luck + welcome to AMC by the way.
