hey guys,

recently picked up a cadence 400 watt active sub. turned on the car and noticed the sub wasnt making any noise. there is a green light on. next to the light it says "power (blue) protect (red)" but i have a green light. so i checked the ground, its grounded correctly. the rcas are connected to the amp (built in) and were connected, yesturday to the head unit. does anyone know what the green light means or why im getting power but no sound?

please help, only just got it !!!

Have you've checked the onboard amp fuse?

Also obviously the amp is recieving power through a adequately sized audio cable (8gauge min) ?

Firstly, haha this is not a treadmill.

Secondly whats the model number? Surely there should be a manual available, in that it should have a troubleshooting section. Are any filters on the amp set to flat or full?

Yep, need more info on the Amp, and whats connected to it. Filters may be set wrong, wiring could be wrong, could be a setting at the Head-unit.

Struggled to find any info on it, including an owners manual. However I reset the ecu this morning and it's working again... Does that possibly mean there is an error code and could happen again
