Hi fellas,
Recently bought a project car glx magna TS 04.1995
Going to sort out existing issues.
First is clicking noise appearing few secs after the engine start
Second is noisy cv joint, found out which one, but when contacting disposals to order a reconditioned one, being asked the same question about ABS. Dono, how to check that out.
The last one( hopefully) is what degreaser to use to clean out all oil spills out of the outside of my engine (should it be unflammable?)

hey mate been a glx it wont have ABS( anti lock braking ) any degreaser will do the job .just keep water away from the dizzy and carby

Degreaser: Use any old spray on stuff, on a COLD engine, then hose off.

ABS or not: look for the ABS unit, located under the bonnet at the front of the left fender area. Big thing. If you find your washer bottle there instead, you don't have ABS. Seeing it is a GLX, probably not. lol

Clicking noise: valve lifters?

My proletarian machine doesn't have ABS, bottle of holy water instead -)
